Harare – Relatives of a Zimbabwean woman and her two daughters who were allegedly murdered in England say they are devastated by the ongoing delay in extraditing the suspect from South Africa.
Sixty-five days after the killings, the family has condemned the slow pace of the legal process, saying they have received no clear indication of when Ndodana Tshuma will be handed over to UK authorities.
Tshuma was arrested in South Africa after an international search, but his extradition has stalled, leaving the bereaved family in Zimbabwe and abroad without closure.
The family has appealed to officials in both countries to speed up the proceedings, arguing that every additional day deepens their suffering.
The case highlights the bureaucratic hurdles that can arise when a crime crosses multiple borders, and the emotional toll such delays take on victims’ relatives.
